Granular Transport

Granular avalanches, eolian and fluvial sediment transport rely on flow of grains that takes place on the top of a granular heap either under gravity or by a shearing fluid (water or air). We identitys using experiments and numerical simulations,  the relevant parameters that better describe the dynamics of these complex systems.
